SoapBox in Canada

Members without a smartphone

Some of your members have a basic phone. No smartphone? No apps? No internet? No problem. SoapBox has a place for them too.

Add them to your People list with a name and a mobile number. They need no app and no account.
To reach them by SMS, export your People list with phone numbers from the app or the web app, and send through your church's own SMS provider.

In English and French

The app runs in English and French, and each member chooses their own language. ORA, SoapBox's study assistant, answers Bible questions in English and French, as a research aid for study. It's not a pastor.

The Bible, free

The Bible reader has French Bibles such as La Bible du Semeur and the Darby Bible, free, with many English translations.

For your church

Your church starts free, for up to a hundred members. Share your invite code on WhatsApp, Facebook, by text message or email, straight from the app. Visitors who check in at the door land in Visitor Follow-up, and you can publish a free web page for your church.

Light on data

Turn on Data-Light Mode, and on mobile data, photos in posts wait until you tap them. Chapters you've already read stay on your phone.
