Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy. SoapBox uses encrypted communication and does not share or sell your data.

You can search for your church or group inside the app or join via an invite link shared by a group admin. 

Yes! You can still follow discussions and access devotionals, prayers, and more—even if your church isn’t officially on SoapBox yet.

While SoapBox currently supports uploading and sharing sermon videos, livestreaming is a feature we’re exploring for future updates. Stay tuned!

Yes. The platform is designed to be family-friendly, with tools for parents, age-appropriate Sunday School content, and community moderation.

Just tap “Invite Friends” inside the app to send a quick link by text, email, or social media. It’s simple and easy to bring your whole faith circle online.

Absolutely. You can join public discussions, follow inspiring users, and participate in shared discussions across the broader SoapBox community—faith connection has no borders.

Simply browse your group’s or church’s event feed in the app, then tap to RSVP, save the date, or share the event with friends.

Currently,  SoapBox Super App is only available as a web app but it can be utilized on any mobile device as well as desktop computers on www.soapboxapp.org.  We are planning on launching the iOS and Android native versions soon.

Yes! You can opt in to receive push notifications for group updates, new content, prayer requests, and daily devotionals—so you’re always in the loop.

Yes! In your app settings, you can customize messaging notifications from  Contacts, Groups and Channels so you only get what matters to you.

Tap the three-dot menu next to any post or comment and select “Report Abuse.” Our team reviews reports quickly to ensure a safe, respectful community.

Yes. If your group or church settings allow it, you can choose to post anonymously to share thoughts or prayer needs privately while still being heard.

Yes! You can upload a profile photo, update your display name, and personalize your bio to help others recognize and connect with you.
