The words of this life with Apostle Grace Luega. Success is not having a good car, having wonderful buildings, not having children, getting married. All of that does not define and should not define success for a Christian. If a man ever comes, thank God. If God has not intended that man to come and you were the kind which was born not to marry, still, thank God. Many of us are defining success on the indices of how the world defines success. And it's very dangerous because you're going to start to pursue things that the world pursues and miss out on what God wants you to pursue. Then he would say, what is success? How do I become successful in life? This is the godly definition of success. Success is simply alignment. To align yourself in what already God designed for you. To walk in the path already cut by grace. Success is simply to align yourself Well this is the path God has designed for me and then I align myself in it The moment you are aligned in it that success In aligning himself Paul to the will and purposes of God of his life, he could not take on himself a wife. And perhaps on taking on himself a wife, it would mean that he would be misaligned and miss on what God has called him to be. And he chose that alignment and not the wife. This is what they call the higher calling. When you're talking of assignment or purpose. John chapter 4, verses 36. He who rips receives wages and gathers fruit for eternal life that he who sows and he who rips rejoice together. We gather fruits for eternal life. So every time we're talking of a true purpose, a true assignment, we're talking about an eternal equal weight of glory. So the things you're doing, what do they mean in the life after?
